Thank you for shopping at Gegladod Ltd. This Delivery and Returns Policy explains the terms and conditions for the delivery of products and services purchased from our website (www.gegladod.co.uk) and outlines our policy for returns and exchanges.
Returns
Although, most companies providing personalised products do not allow returns we endevour to keep our customers happy so do allow returns.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We would ask that you only return goods if there is a significant reason that the goods are not what you wanted, rather than simply a change of mind.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a flexible returns and exchanges policy subject to the following conditions:
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Only the price paid for the products is refundable.
- Timeframe: You must initiate a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at www.gegladod.co.uk/contactus to request a return authorization. Once your return is authorized, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item.
- Refunds: Any refund will be for price paid for the products returned.Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Exchanges: Unfortunately, because our products are personalised for each customer we cannot provide exchanges.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Replacements
Sometimes deliveries don’t go quite as planned and items can be damaged.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@gegladod.co.uk and include a photo of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including providing a replacement item.
